PINOT NOIR MARGARITA
1/2 oz Apothic Pinot Noir
1 1/2 oz blanco tequila
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
Garnish: Blood Orange
1. Mix tequila, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
3. Float the red wine on top by slowly pouring it over the back of a bar spoon for it to pool on the surface of the drink.
4. Garnish with a blood orange.
