RED PASSION COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz Apothic Red
3 oz Bourbon
1.5 oz Amaretto
1 oz Simple Syrup
Smoke Top with Cherry Infuser (optional)
Cherries
DIRECTIONS:
1. Pour bourbon, Amaretto and simple syrup into a shaker with ice.
2. Shake mixture until chilled and pour into a coup or martini glass.
3. Gently pour the Apothic Red over the back of a spoon to make it float.
4. If using smoker, place smoke top on glass, add cherry infuser and light it up! You should see smoke starting to fill the glass.
5. Remove smoke top and garnish with a cherry.
