GROUP DATE MIXUP

If you’re a hopeless romantic, try your hand at something sweet with the Group Date Mixup, a fruit forward, Red wine cocktail as sweet as Charity herself.

INGREDIENTS:

1 bottle Apothic Red

1 cup Pomegranate juice

1 cup pomegranate seeds

2 cups strawberries

1 orange, thinly sliced

4-5 sprigs of fresh mint leaves

2 cups of soda water or sparkling water of your choice

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Start by chilling your Apothic Red for a few hours before preparing.

2.) Then, in a pitcher, add pomegranate seeds, strawberries and orange slices.

3.) Next, incorporate your chilled Apothic red, pomegranate juice and soda water until the pitcher is full. Top with fresh mint leaves, and stir thoroughly before serving over ice.

4.) Spoon some fruit into the top of each glass for presentation and extra garnish. Enjoy!
