Introducing Apothic Sparkling, or “Bubbles with Attitude.” This new, limited release wine blends red and white grapes together, leading to a sparkling white wine with a darker disposition. Notes of strawberry and white peach combine with a hint of vanilla for a wine that is best served with a chill.

Winemaking Notes:
The grapes for Apothic Sparkling were harvested at optimum ripeness during nighttime temperatures to retain fruit freshness. Fermentation at low to moderate temperatures, between 55°- 62° F, helped preserve the fruit flavors and create expressive aromatics. The wine was then moved to stainless steel tanks to preserve its brightness and balance.
