BLACK ICE COCKTAIL
With decadent flavors like our Red Original Blend and blackberries, this frozen recipe is so tempting it demands to be shared.
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz. Apothic Red Original Blend
1 cup fresh blackberries (+ a few for optional garnish)
1 tsp sugar
1 cup ice
1-2 fresh mint sprigs for optional garnish
DIRECTIONS:
1. Wash and pat dry 1 cup blackberries.
2. Place in freezer for 2 hours.
3. Blend 8 oz. Apothic Red Original Blend, frozen blackberries, ice, and sugar in a blender for 30 seconds.
4. Pour into your favorite wine glasses and enjoy!
5. Optional: Garnish with fresh blackberries and fresh mint sprigs
