APOTHIC WHITE MINT MOJITO
Hold the rum and add Apothic White for a bold new direction on this must-have summer accessory.
6-8 Fresh Mint Leaves (+ a bouquet of mint sprigs to use as optional garnish)
2 Wedges of Lime (+ 1 lime wedge to use as optional garnish)
4 oz. Apothic White
1-2 oz. Ginger Beer
1. Using a muddler, firmly press & turn the lime wedges with the mint to extract their juices.
2. Fill the glass entirely with ice
3. Pour in approximately 4 oz. of Apothic White until ¾ of the glass is full
4. Top off mixture with Ginger Beer
5. Mix the flavors together using a straw (or spoon)
6. Optional: Garnish with a bouquet of fresh mint or lime wedge
