MAPLE BOURBON SOUR COCKTAIL
1.5 oz. bourbon
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. maple syrup
5 oz. Apothic Red
1. Combine bourbon, lemon juice and maple syrup in a metal cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake until outside shaker is frosty.
3. Strain into rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Gently pour Apothic Red over the back of a spoon held just over the surface so the wine floats on top.
5. Sip with a satisfied grin.
