Maple Bourbon Sour Cocktail Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz. bourbon
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz. maple syrup
  • .5 oz. Apothic Red

  • DIRECTIONS:

  • Combine bourbon, lemon juice and maple syrup in a metal cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake until outside shaker is frosty.
  • Strain into rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Gently pour Apothic Red over the back of a spoon held just over the surface so the wine floats on top.
  • Sip with a satisfied grin.
