CHOCOLATE CHERRY MARTINI

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Apothic Red
1/2 cup cherry liqueur
1/4 cup chocolate liqueur
1/4 cup heavy cream or half-and-half (optional, for creaminess)
Grated dark chocolate for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
1. Pour chocolate into a microwave safe dish
and heat in 30 second bursts, mixing between until all chocolate is melted.
2. Carefully run the rim of the martini glasses through the chocolate.
3. Put glasses in the freezer for chocolate to cool.
4. In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, Apothic Red, cherry liqueur, chocolate liqueur, and heavy cream or half-and-half.
5. Shake for about 10-15 seconds or until the shaker is frosty.
6. Pour into your chilled chocolate-rimmed martini glass.
7. Garnish with grated dark chocolate.
