Our signature cocktail for the evening was deliciously decadent. A little sweet, a little sour, and garnished with a lychee-blueberry-jam eyeball!
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz Apothic Red
1.5 oz Chambord
.75 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
.5 oz Agave
Ginger Beer Topper
Lychee-Blueberry-Jam Eyeball or Mint & Blueberry Garnish
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients except the ginger beer into a shaker and add ice.
2. Shake well and pour into a rocks glass leaving room to top with the ginger beer.
3. Top with ginger beer, garnish and enjoy!
