INGREDIENTS:

90ml Apothic Pinot Noir

20ml fresh lime juice

15ml simple syrup

15ml amaro

30ml bourbon

Ice

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Combine Apothic Pinot Noir, lime juice, simple syrup, amaro, and bourbon.
3. Shake well until cold and then strain into your glass.
4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and lemon peel.
