CHOCOLATE BERRY CRUSH

Get lost in the swirling black cherry, wild blackberry, and raspberry notes of Apothic Crush with a chocolate twist. It’s the perfect cocktail for V-Day.

INGREDIENTS:

1.5oz Apothic Crush

2oz pomegranate juice

1oz raspberry liqueur

Chocolate bitters

.25oz elderflower liqueur

Chocolate syrup

Splash of prosecco

Maraschino cherries

Fresh raspberries, pomegranate seeds

Ice

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a shaker, muddle raspberries and pomegranate seeds, then add ice.
2. Combine Apothic Crush, pomegranate juice, raspberry liqueur, elderflower liqueur, and chocolate bitters.
3. Rim your glass with chocolate syrup, then pour shaker contents into glass. Top off with prosecco.
4. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
